500 grams mixed tomatoes (cherry, heirloom, plum-sliced or halved)

2 ripe peaches (Chopped)

100 grams green olives (grilled and pitted)

Edible flowers (for garnish)

Optional: Fresh basil leaves (torn)

Extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling)

Balsamic vinegar (for drizzling)

Salt and pepper to taste
