Mushroom Sauce and Asiago Cheese

Spaghetti & Mushroom

Oh well, it is only logical that after posting how to do the fancy blackened spaghetti I share with you one of my favorite pairing with spaghetti.

This recipe is super simple, it takes a few ingredients and very little time too.

Let's get into it.

This recipe makes 6 individual portions.


3 cups of sliced mushrooms

1 medium yellow onion (chopped)

1 tablespoon of garlic (mashed)

3 tablespoon of parsley (chopped)

1 cup of parmesan cheese (grated)

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 cup of sour-cream

Salt and Pepper to taste


1. In a saucepan saute in the oil: onions, garlic and mushrooms until brown.

2. Add the sour-cream and half of the cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.

3. When serving add the parsley and cheese accordingly to each dish.
